This is my little rant about stamps or deviations with flashing/strobe lights.
I'm an artist with seizures and I'm not afraid to show it. I have had 4 natural seizures and one forced seizure throughtout my life, and one of the tests they have you do (EEG) has a strobe light. You lay there dead tired with your eyes closed and a light flashing in your face. And it gets faster. So, voila, one of my EEG's made me have a third seizure. And today I'm one of the unfortunate people who have to hide their eyes during movie parts with flashing lights.
S'ok. I didn't mean to make a big deal of it. And you don't have to either. I may never have another one again as along as I'm careful (y'know, get enough sleep, not too much caffeine or junk and avoid those darn lights).
I mean; it's serious with a capital S. If people hit their head wrong (ie: John Travolta's son) or land in the wrong position to drown in their own saliva, it's DEATH literally.
PS: to not freak my little sis out, I call it "falling asleep on the bathroom floor" since that's what I thought I did after my first one.

Plus, those flashing lights and opt art are garish anyway.
I have my personal rule for animations: if it hurts my eyes more than the eyestrain from staring at my phone, I shouldn't do it unless I have a good reason. (Ex: then, I need to put it under a filter.)
